All facility scheduling and rentals are processed through the Facility Management Department. Trinity is very proud to be one of the premiere rental locations in the Gainesville area. While we have over 4,000 reservations a year, we do our best to accommodate every request. With meeting spaces that can accommodate groups from 5 to 1,500 (and plenty of parking), Trinity has many options for your group.
We have plenty of experience with all size groups from large events with key note presentations, food service for 400 and breakout rooms needing extensive A/V needs, to the more simple board meeting style events. We also offer an in-house catering service that can cover all your food and beverage needs.
The first step in reserving a room for a church event or outside rental is to fill out the reservation form. Once the reservation request has been received, the group will be contacted by someone from our department with a confirmation and quote (if an outside rental). We also work closely with our Food Service Department to insure all food and beverage needs are accommodated.
