Tour Theme Meeting: Sunday, May 5, 3:00pm, Choir room

BOOT CAMP DATES/TIMES
Boot Camp (intensive rehearsal week to prep for tour, for those of you who are new to this!) will be:
Tuesday, June 11
Wednesday, June 12
Thursday, June 13
Friday, June 14
Saturday, June 15--no rehearsal
Sunday, June 16 *different time schedule for this day* will announce later on--plan on from at least 3:00 on for everyone. We will do some preliminary tour stuff this afternoon.

Each day the schedule is as follows:
5:00pm-Rehearsal for Band only in worship center
6:00pm-Dinner for Band and Choir** in worship center
7:00-9:00-Rehearsal for Band and Choir in worship center

Even if you are not going on tour, we need you to participate in the send-off concert! Plan to be here for Boot camp and Send-off!

**We will need meals provided for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday during boot camp week for the band and choir. Please let me know if you would like to provide a meal for Sonlight on one of these evenings. In the past, we have had a couple of families work together to either cook or cater the meal. Let me know if you have questions, or if you're willing to sponsor one evening.
Friday, we will have a pot-luck dinner, and Sonlight families will be invited to join us.

Send-off Concert will be on Sunday, June 16 at 7:00pm, We WILL have rehearsal that afternoon, and we will need dinner provided for that evening as well. Report times for that day will be announced later.
