Crosstrainers is an action packed sports experience, full of exercise and energy for elementary aged students (1st - 5th grade). We play and teach fundamentals for basic sports and large group games. The program runs from 2 - 5pm, (we can pick up from Talbot Elementary!).
The Spring session will run Tuesdays and/or Thursdays from 2-5pm from January 15 - May 23

This introductory class will break down the basic poses for Holy Yoga. If you are brand new to Yoga, or simply prefer a slower pace and more detailed instruction, this 30 minute class is for you. It will begin with a brief time of prayer and breathing and then we will systematically explore a full range of basic poses over the course of the coming semester. Bring your own mat or borrow one of ours, dress comfortably, and join us for stress relieving movement and meditation led by certified Yoga instructor, Rev. Lenora Rousseau (416-3033). More experienced Holy Yoga lovers are welcome! There is no cost. Please note there is no childcare available for this class. Calling all adults who have a love for classical technique and dance to join me for an hour of ballet barre and stretch! If you are brand new to ballet, come on Mondays. If you are a trained dancer, even if you are a bit rusty, come Monday and/or Friday. There will be ample grace for all while we strengthen and stretch our bodies as an act of sacred renewal and worship through the gift of classical technique. All you will need is a pair of ballet technique shoes (or pointe shoes, if that's appropriate to your current training level) and whatever class attire you feel most comfortable wearing. No dress codes, no hairstyle requirements, just you and the barre with a few friends! Classes will be led by Rev. Lenora Rousseau (former dancer with Anaheim Ballet and Founding Artistic Director of Cambridge School of Ballet) (416-3033). There is no cost for this class, however, in order to plan appropriately for barre space and to keep you updated on any schedule changes, please register below .
