Trinity Labyrinth

What is a Labyrinth?

The labyrinth is a path that invites you to embark on a pilgrimage to peace and understanding. It symbolizes wholeness and healing, and represents a journey to reach our center and then a return to the outside world.

There is a feeling of calm and connection that can be found here when you pray and are present in the moment. As you wander the labyrinth with this intention, your body and soul will be united.

How To Walk The Labyrinth

Every person will have a unique experience during this walking meditation, but the path often draws the mind to contemplate human existence. With step after step, you will sink into a meditative state, experience peace, and perhaps emerge from the labyrinth with a revelation.

Before entering the path, begin by opening yourself to Christ. Contemplate the love Christ has for you and consider your aspiration to conquer the challenges of human existence. Channel your desire to rid yourself of sin and seek forgiveness.

Begin walking the path, moving with a consistent rhythm. Continue your meditation on Christ's victory over death, cultivating a spirit of gratitude. Welcome silence and peace into your heart and mind, while releasing any wandering thoughts or distractions.

As you reach the center, allow yourself to pause. Simply be still and listen. Clarity, insight, or answers may come to you.

Now, turn and retrace your steps. Surrender to healing and understanding.

When you exit the labyrinth, this does not mean the end of your journey. Commit to a life of pursuing peace and understanding. When you again feel the pull to meditate with Christ, return to the labyrinth and repeat this process.
