Series: "Peacemakers?"
Title: "Flip the Script"
Scripture: 2 Corinthians 5:16-18
By: Rev. Steve Price
Together, we’ll explore the question of what it truly means to be peacemakers in a world often marked by conflict and division. Inspired by the life and teachings of St. Francis of Assisi, we will take a look at specific ways we can be instruments of peace today in our relationships, our community, and in all creation. Whether you feel called to be a peacemaker or are simply searching for peace in your own life, this series will offer insights, encouragement, and hope. We look forward to seeing you!
Worship with us in-person on Sundays at 8:00 AM Traditional, Chapel | 9:30 AM Modern & 11:00 AM Traditional, Worship Center | or worship with us online anytime.
Be the Church!
This month, we're featuring members of the congregation sharing how they see Trinity living out our calling to "Be the Church!" in our community and beyond and how they are choosing to step into action themselves.
We hope you'll be inspired as you think about how you'll invest in Trinity in 2025 through your prayers, presence, gifts, service, and witness. Click here to check out this week's video!
We’re inviting the whole congregation to join the challenge of reading a passage of Scripture every day from Monday, September 16th to Christmas Eve, a total of 100 days. Each day's reading is less than five minutes and is suitable for all ages. Do it together with others as a family or small group. After each day's reading, ponder these questions:
1. What caught your attention? 2. What surprised you? 3. Where do you hear God speaking to you?
Let us know that you're joining the challenge! Please see the reading plan here!
Mission Focus
This week's Mission Focus is on our annual Thanksgiving Basket program which provides around 1,200 Thanksgiving meals to families in need in our community. We'll be accepting all food (including turkeys!) and $15 grocery gift card donations until Wednesday the 20th. Please bring turkeys to the coolers in the kitchen loop and then place shelf-stable food and gift cards in the blue bins in the reception area or narthex.
We are doing really well on corn and green beans, but are very low on cranberry sauce and need 523 turkeys and 634 gift cards to meet our goals! Don't miss our annual packing event on Wednesday the 20th at 5:30 PM. Thank you for helping provide Thanksgiving Dinner to a family who might otherwise not have one.

Series: "100 Day Bible Reading Challenge"
Title: “Be the Church”
Scripture: Acts 2:42-47
By: Rev. Marisa Gertz
Are you following along with Trinity's 100 Day Bible Reading Challenge? Join us on Wednesday night at the 6:35 PM Chapel Service as we hear a message on the scripture assigned for Wednesday. Available online anytime.
After Jesus ascended into heaven, the disciples were left to their own devices until the inbreaking of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost. What did the early days of Christian community look like? What might we learn from their model of church as we strive to Be the Church?
