Have you been wondering where some of our sweet, long time members are? Would you like to be part of the team that helps our friends who are no longer physically able to attend church still feel like part of our church? We would love for you to join our new team!

Stephen Ministry

God wants us to care for others in their time of need. Stephen Ministers provide confidential encouragement, one-to-one care, and spiritual support. Stephen Ministry is a Christ-centered caring ministry for women and men who are experiencing grief, illness, divorce, loneliness, or other life difficulties. Stephen Ministers receive 50 hours of training and will walk with you through your challenges.

  • Living in the Gray

    3rd Thursdays | 6:30 PM | Rm 204

    This is a judgement-free, caring space for parents of adult children with addiction and/or mental illness. In this support network, you are invited to share the frustrations and fears that come with the ongoing pressure of loving someone who is struggling with addition and mental illness.

  • Healing Touch Cancer Support Group

    3rd Thursdays | 5 PM | Prayer Room (off Education Building Atrium)

    The Healing Touch Cancer Support group was formed to include cancer patients, survivors, family, and friends who have been affected by cancer. It offers spiritual encouragement and compassion as we pray together and share our faith in God who strengthens us on our cancer journey.

  • The Banquet

    This ministry typically meets on the first Friday of each month and is for anyone who lives with disabilities or loves someone who does.

    If you are able, please bring a $5 donation to go towards the cost of the meal!

  • Grief Care

    Wednesdays | 6:30-8:15 PM | Room 211 | 3/4/26-5/6/26

    For anyone who has lost a loved one, the feelings of sadness, loneliness and heartbreak can be unbearable. Grief support gives hope and encouragement to those who are grieving. Support group members learn ways to accept their loss and move forward on their grief journeys. This class is open to anyone in the community.

    Rebuilding features “rebuilding blocks,” a proven process for putting one’s life back together after divorce or the end of a love relationship.

  • Dementia Care Partner Support Group

    3rd Wednesdays | 6:30-8:00 PM

    This group now meets only via Zoom.

    This support gathering is a way for individuals to maintain group connections while becoming more knowledgeable and skilled. A portion of each meeting will be devoted to a specific topic chosen in advance by the group, and a portion will be an open (yet guided) discussion.

Emotional + Spiritual Support During Illness and Hospitalization

Illness and hospitalization can be stressful life events. We would like to offer you both spiritual and emotional support during that time. If you will be going into the hospital, having surgery, coming home from the hospital, or are homebound, please contact Kimberly Rousseau, the Assistant to the Pastors, and we will plan for a Pastor or Visitation Care Team member to come and pray with you. For pre-surgery prayer, please let us know the check-in time, surgery time, and hospital name. Also, if you become aware of the death of someone who is part of Trinity, please let us know as soon as possible.
