About Upward Soccer
Upward Soccer is designed for young athletes to discover their passion for the sport and improve their game through healthy competition. Our league strives to develop youth mentally, athletically, spiritually, and socially.

Who can play?
All children ages 3 (by 9/1/25) through 8th grade are welcome to play.

How much does it cost?
Early Registration
Ends January 11th, 2026, at 11:59pm.

Regular Registration
Ends on February 20th, 2026, at 3:30pm.

When does the season take place?
The Upward Soccer season begins the week of March 9th, 2026 and ends the week of May 14th, 2026. Practices take place on Monday and Tuesday evenings at 5:30 pm or 6:30 pm. Games will take place on Thursday evenings at 5:30 pm or 6:30 pm.

Where does everything happen?
All practices and games will take place at Trinity United Methodist Church.

      Upward Basketball

Registration for the Upward Sports Basketball season is now open for kids in K to 8th grade! Weekly hour-long practice nights are Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays, beginning Nov 10. Games will be Fridays or Saturdays. The season will last nine weeks. Early registration is $135; regular registration (after Sept 15) is $155. 

After registration you'll need to choose one of the below evaluations to attend. Please arrive at the Family Life Center at Westside Baptist Church anytime between the times listed.

- Sunday, Oct 5,  2:00-3:30 PM (Any Age)
- Friday, Oct 17, 6:00-7:30 PM (Middle School Boys ONLY)
- Saturday, Oct 25, 9:00-10:30 AM (Any Age)

Adult Sports

  • Have you heard? Pickleball is the fastest-growing sport in the country...and now it's at Trinity! Join Pastor Emeritus Rev. Dr. Dan Johnson and friends every Thursday morning at 9:00 AM on our Northwest Sports Courts.

  • This class is for those who find their lives limited by pain caused by arthritis, fibromyalgia, or other reasons. It will be a combination of yoga, stretching, strength-building and balance exercises that will help participants live with less pain. Bring a small towel, water bottle, and yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothing. We meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm in the Youth Building.   • Slow Pitch Softball meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00 am on the Softball Fields in the back of Trinity’s NW Campus. Slow-Pitch Softball is open to everyone ages 55 years and up. Come and join us!
