Missi Newbauer

Missi comes to us from an array of experience. Being the General Manager of Gigi's Cupcakes here in Gainesville, has been her favorite place of employment.
She loves creating menus.
She has been in Gainesville for 10 years.
She has a 23 year old daughter named Alyssa.
Her favorite dish to make is everything from meatloaf to prime rib! Oh! and so many baked goodies like cheesecake
Missi was originally from Ohio but has lived in a few places. Arizona being one of them.
She was inspired to go into food service by helping her mom in the kitchen when she was young and fell in love with creating meals with whatever was in the cabinet!
