Trinity United Women in Faith: Sunday, January 26 in Room 232, Education Building: Meet and greet with refreshments at 2:15 pm. Program: Mission Study from 2:30 to 4:30 pm. Join us as we explore what it means to live under the sovereignty of God. We hope through our time together, we will be able to sort through our lived experiences and develop a deeper understanding of the love God extends to us and invites us to extend to each other. Healing Touch Cancer Support Group: We meet every third Thursday in the O. Dean Martin Prayer Room off the Trinity Atrium. Our next meeting is on Thursday, January 16th at 5:00 PM. Women’s Ministry

Women Growing in Faith: Grateful - Giving Thanks to God in All Things. In this 4 week study participants will learn how to foster a thankful heart that can be cultivated into a continual harvest of gratitude, regardless of the circumstances. Participants will look at a profile of someone in the Bible with a grateful heart, find teaching from Scripture on gratefulness, focus on a psalm of thanksgiving, and be encouraged to practice gratitude. We'll focus specifically on ways we can renew faith, renew hope, and renew love as members of the body of Christ here at Trinity. We look forward to seeing you for worship!

A New Celebrant at the Table!

This Sunday, we welcome Rev. Clair Carter, member of Trinity’s lead staff team and the Director of Family Empowerment at our Faith Mission campus, as our celebrant for communion in all three Sunday services. Clair is a Deacon in Full Connection in the United Methodist Church. Deacons are ordained to ministries of word, service, compassion, and justice and serve as a bridge between the church and the world. Previously, only Elders in Full Connection were granted authority to celebrate the sacraments of baptism and communion. However, the General Conference of the UMC passed legislation last year extending that authority to deacons effective January 1, 2025. Join us this Sunday for an historic moment in the life of our church and the opportunity to give thanks for Clair’s ministry among us!

Parent’s Night Out - January 10th from 5:30 - 8:30 PM ($20) or 5:30 - 10:00 PM ($25), in Room 101, Trinity Education Building. For children ages 3 years old thru 5th grade. The Banquet: This is a ministry for anyone who lives with disabilities or loves someone who does. This month, they will meet on Friday, January 10th at 5:30 PM in Room 232 of the Trinity Education Building. Food by Missi.
